My “Why”: Growing up sports is where I had my favorite memories. I just want to pass on those same life lessons and help these players have magic moments that I did.
Cassidy Coffman

A longtime performance coach and former collegiate athlete dedicated to developing youth through strength, discipline, and sport.
Cassidy is a seasoned sports performance coach with over 22 years of experience in the fitness industry. Nationally certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Cassidy specializes in Olympic lifting and explosive movement training, helping athletes maximize strength, power, and performance.
In addition to a strong background in performance training, Cassidy brings high-level baseball experience as both a player and instructor. A former college pitcher at Abilene Christian University (ACU), he ranked 5th nationally with an outstanding 1.53 ERA in 2003 while playing for Redlands Community College. Today, he continues to develop athletes through advanced instruction and a deep understanding of the game.
Cassidy is married to Amy and they are expecting the arrival of their daughter, Stella, in the summer.

Setting the Foundation for Parker County Youth Sports
As Secretary, Cassidy is helping grow youth sports in Parker County by ensuring the organization operates with strong communication, organization, and consistency. He maintains clear records, coordinates timely communication between board members, coaches, and families, and keeps programs aligned with bylaws and goals, creating a reliable foundation for growth. Through organizing meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking progress, he keeps leadership focused and accountable while improving transparency and trust across the community—ultimately supporting the expansion and quality of youth sports opportunities.
