Walk Up Song: Dare You to Doubt Me by The Script

Fun Sports Fact: I made the prediction before my senior year we would go undefeated and win the state championship. That is exactly what we did.

My “Why”: I want to give back to the game that helped shape me by developing the next generation of athletes the right way. Softball gave me confidence, discipline, and lifelong lessons, and I’m passionate about creating that same impact for these girls. It’s about more than just softball, it’s about helping them grow into strong and confident women. I want to build a culture where they are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard, while learning accountability, work ethic, and how to truly compete.

She’ll work alongside the President to refine the organization’s vision and translate it into clear, actionable goals—such as increasing youth participation, improving program quality, and expanding into new communities or sports offerings.

Operationally, she’ll focus on building a stronger foundation. That means improving how programs are run, ensuring consistency across teams and coaches, and creating systems that allow the organization to grow without losing quality. As participation increases, this kind of structure becomes critical.

A big part of her impact will come from relationships and visibility. Carrie will actively build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community leaders to open doors for new opportunities—whether that’s facility access, sponsorships, or collaborative programs. These relationships directly fuel growth.
