Dan
McIntosh

Director of Wrestling

A seasoned coach and former athlete committed to mentoring youth through strong fundamentals, work ethic, and a positive, competition-ready mindset.

Dan McIntosh, aka Coach DMac, brings a diverse athletic background as a former high school wrestler and college rodeo athlete, along with over 20 years of experience in youth athlete development. He has worked as an individual instructor across multiple rodeo events, coached soccer and softball, served as a defensive coordinator in both 11-man and 6-man football, and currently leads as the Head Wrestling Coach at Weatherford Christian School for grades 4–12.

Coach DMac specializes in developing well-rounded athletes by focusing on physical performance, nutrition, and mental toughness—skills that translate to both competition and everyday life. His approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, disciplined work ethic, and a positive attitude, creating a foundation for long-term success.

More than a coach, he strives to be a mentor—building a safe, supportive environment grounded in integrity, trust, and respect. He believes every successful program is strengthened by committed parents and clear, consistent communication.

Dan is supported by his wife, Brooklyn—an experienced coach in her own right—and their two daughters, Lyla and Leddy, who are active multi-sport athletes.
