Fun Sports Fact: Buddy Ball, a baseball/softball league for Special Needs children, was created for my best friend Chris McCoy in Burleson, TX during the early 90s. It was one of the first programs of its kind in the US.
My “Why”: I’ve spent my entire adult life working with kids, driven by a deep desire to give them a childhood they’ll carry with them forever. Helping kids discover their confidence and purpose is my passion. Creating a nonprofit was my way of ensuring every kid has the opportunity to pursue the sport they love.
